The rehab costs have far surpassed our budget due to some masked issues(missing copper lines in walls, dangerous wiring almost throughout...all covered with sheetrock) Also, the city is requiring us to pour new approaches at "multifamily" thicknesses; about $9k worth.

This was from a couple of years ago and I would like to get back in to the thick of things.

This would not be considered a high priced home at 170k by local standards.Also, if I go with laminate flooring, should I stick to 10-12 mm thick or can I use an 8 mm without any issues?
