Hi I am in grand praire Texas, and I was wondering what the process was to close off my father in laws garage and converting it into a room, I've been doing contractor work a little over 6 months now and I've learned a lot, I am confident in building the wall my self, framing, taping bedding, texture, painting ect. however I was wondering what the process was to pull permits from the city and if there is anyone on here that can assist  Me with that, and what the cost should be.

Careful to keep some texture to it so not slick getting out of shower with wet feet, or walk in with rain or snow on feet slick.

I don't look for any properties with pools or jetted tubs.

So many who started with Cirrus aircraft have moved up to Turbines and light jets and commercial jets..

I like the vinyl plank because it looks nice, has wood-like texture and is waterproof so it can go in every room, and each individual piece can be replaced if need be. 

Is this a drywall texture problem?

We're applying sand texture to the ceilings this weekend, and adding the last coat of mud to the walls.

That is a jet pump , it is for a well . it has 2 pipes , to increase the volume it pumps .

I have another that the outside doesn't look too good now but I am redoing the inside leaving alot of the walls and just texturing to cover up some stuff and go for a different look.
