There are many beer options that provide various color and texture options that will bring more "pop" to the rooms.

To match the other walls in the room, I would suggest skim coating the cement wall with drywall mud and then texturing.

I moved walls, ran new gas lines, scraped popcorn, textured, painted, installed all new floors, etc.

Transportaion is a biggy for manufacturing, and Detroit can offer it.But between the uncooperative government, the enormous welfare population, and the spoiled demanding workforce, I sure wouldn't locate a manufacturing plant there.My opinion: they are going to learn to change, or they are going to die.
