We have to install on all our permitted renovations, and have had zero issues with bathroom moisture since using them.Not sure how that'd work in a whole house situation, but something to consider if you decide to seek a technological solution.Good luck!

If you are confident in your numbers and that the $10k back at closing will sponsor the improvements need to begin raising rents then you shouldn't have cold feet.You may have some difficulty raising the rent $100 out of the gate but then again there may be some tenants you would rather move out...If you are happy with the current tenants I'd look for a way to stagger or amount...not all at once.

There are plenty of reasons for things to not work out.Agree you should meet the applicant first, but think you could meet them and they could see the house via Facetime or other technology
