That's not often a recipe for success in retention. 

Staging is the process of arranging and decorating your house to highlight its best features and make it as appealing as possible to potential buyers.

This is true, but can increase your chances of success by working with an experienced team.Financing Challenges: Unexpected rate hikes or tightening lending restrictions can complicate your plans.
