I’d think you need a lawyer for the real answer but I can give advice on how to prevent this in the future.Did you have a lawyer create a custom lease for you or did you find one online?

I am looking for advice from other PM Companies experience on what customers like/don't like, do's and don'ts, etc.

They have to "own" the product that they are selling so they could give idea and input to the customer.  

We explore how property management software, virtual reality tours, and AI can streamline operations, enhance property valuations, and attract a new generation of tenants and investors.

I continue to call the general customer service line, but the person that picked up the call was so useless.

Dual agency is illegal here also, so if a buyer wants to offer on one of my listings, my only fiduciary duty is to my seller and the buyer is getting the short end of the stick because I've done this many times and they have not (must treat the buyer with honesty as a customer, but don't have to point out their mistakes to them).

I'll let you know how much their CEO cares about customer service.

Also, if you decide to launch your landscaping/lawn care business - you will definitely have customers.

That's a department where the goal is to work that customer out of the bank in some way.
