I know this company.and I purchased one of their programs.i worked very hard to get some files in and it's been almost a year since I turned in files I have yet to see any money from this company..I saved up to do this program and there are a lot of things they do not tell you..they have you and 1000s of others doing research..title searching.

Probably going to be tough to find something in St Elmo that checks those boxes.

A local lender came to my market center in the last year and talked about this....is there a box you can check when filling out an application that can let you "opt out" of the credit bureaus selling your information?

-Should I use my attorney for a title search or still get a title company to do that?
