IE on the west coast escrow officers went home to workand title plants are off shore .. the Phillipines.. so your title searchs are done there with the title officer reviewing and they can work at home all our title plants are electronic and have been for decades.One thing we dont do much of here is checking on UTLS.. thats an east coast thing.

My wife suggested that if we have tenants that are quarantined, and are suffering at home because of it financially, maybe we would offer that they paint bedrooms and take labor it would cost to do so off of their upcoming rent.......just an idea.

It’s very sad to see the death toll climbing, people losing their jobs and suffering, but I must say I’m enjoying the peace and quiet, lack of noise and air pollution, no traffic and a quietude that I haven’t experienced in Boulder since the 90’s (minus the trails, the trails are busier than ever).
