Well, first, there are two types of "investment clubs" (and it sounds like you may not realize this).The first (and unfortunately most common) is basically a thinly disguised way for a sponsor or sponsor affiliate to advertise and push their own deals on investors.

The positive reviews are very short and look to be posted by employees, affiliates, or brand new investors without much experience with them. 

Can I just lookup one online?

(Call and say you want to attend the FFP event; its cheaper than signing up online. 

A lot of online "applications" through popular sites like Zillow or others will either redact this or will delete the application.... not idea.

I was left with (and still use) Quickbooks Online.
