With Austin prices already super high (compared to the rest of the State) + somewhat of a remote work environment, it's possible that a migration towards San Antonio will start to pick up for more blue collar, price sensitive tenants looking for cheaper housing .

People are migrating to the west and NW areas outside of detroit.

And even though there is a net migration OUT of California, the number of moving vans INTO the state outnumber the ones LEAVING.

What is your take on the idea that a low cost communication and transportation lines are going to cause a migration of people from cities to rural areas?

I'm glad to see SC on the "inbound" list - I'm one of those very people migrating there! 

Nothing changed other than we sometimes made 100% more on a property.What normally pushes prices coming off of a down market is construction, which creates jobs in other catagories, which attracts migration, which creates demand and the circle continues to reinforce itself.This time, we do not have any of those factors in place and yet we have major price movement...why?

As a matter of fact, I'm currently migrating west of the rockies to begin doing business in Colorado, Nevada, and California.
