It’s a light switch type event, on or off.  

I did this when I had one renter demand that I come out and change a light bulb......

However the problem I'm having is that every time i start to get into a grove for the day, the phone decides to non-stop ring. with problems ranging from backed up toilet, to my light bulb in my bathroom is out.
