I disclosed to my lender that the Wholesaler was making 5k so then it made me look like I was lying to my lender when the HUD clearly showed the Wholesaler was making 15 KI recently had another transaction where a Wholesaler renegotiated a lower price after the fact.I’m assuming that where the wholesalers have that ability to make that extra is that they are naming the price that the buyer is willing to pay and not necessarily naming the dollar amount that they are assigning their contract for so this gives them the leeway to keep trying to get a lower price from the original seller, even after the fact of going through the motions of transferring their rights to the property to a new buyer.

Would like something like a high yield savings account where I can easily transfer money in and out (of course with limits etc).

Or is there another way to structure the deal so that there is minimal delay in the event of a default to have the property transferred back to you (i.e. additional clause in the performance deed or some other contract, etc.)?

Transferring a listing to a new host is unfortunately not possible.

We did like NFCU, but they ended their bank transfer service, so it makes it more difficult to pay out our owners.

Title will just do it with a deed of transfer, super easy and we do it all the time.

If I do pay myself, then when I need the money again to pay for upgrades and I transfer money from my personal back to my business, does that pierce the corporate veil (I have an LLC set up)?
