Does anyone have any experience with furnished mid term rentals?

I want someone who is not only financially capable but also shares my long-term vision for the properties and has experience with seller financing deals.2.

I know a lot about the industry through my education, but have very little/no practical experience when it comes to managing investment properties. 

My experience has been good the past few years.
