I have found impressive opportunities for flips and while searching for capital investors I am wary to shell out too much information on the project in fear of the potential investor taking my ideas and running with them. 

Keep in mind you'll never have all the information and there will always be unknowns and assumptions.

There's not a ton of information about this topic so i'm just curious on how investors are running their comps on their small multifamily investments.
