Would like to get help with finding a good deal and a location to implement the famous BRRRR strategy.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

You will find many locations in the Midwest in the list along with some critical statistics.  

However, this varies by location and may not be immediate.

What kind of area is this located in?

There are business purpose lenders that will finance ground up construction, but they will be more particular about the location of the build especially since it will be on 5 acres.

I am planning to invest in a venture that is an office location.

That’s where I think the opportunity is…  Is it a location with a number of other STR's?

Neither is taking on new landlord policies in Texas or Colorado (where my property located).
