I am interested in the ARM because it improves cash flow in the short term and then I expect to be able to raise rents, gently, every year or two. 

I had been wanting to get into real estate for some time as a side hustle so this seems like the perfect opportunity, although with a twist (or complication) of having the property abroad (and less information available on how to do this!).

Im not here to twist arms and make people do anything they don't want to voluntarily do.
