I don't think you even need to be a general contractor or subcontractor to set up an account there.They have a cool warehouse Northwest of Chicago.Otherwise, Home Depot's Lifeproof floor is pretty nice too, but not sure how it compares in pricing to what you saw.

The more imminent needs are the electrical, plumbing, roof and upgrade to double pane windows, most of which will be pretty dusty if there are humans living in the space.

this really depends to on what you do for a living .if your in the real estate space with a lot of commercial loans.. your balance sheet is very important more so than your fico by a long shot.so when figuring net worth those that are leveraged to the max basically have very little to no net worth other than their cash or other non real estate investments. so its a fine line..

We have stared the project about a month ago, completely new interior including adding new HVAC all new electrical, flooring, cabinets, tops and so on along with new driveway exterior paint and some siding.My contractor is also an investor, so we were lucky there, good insight to share and also, he has lots of leads for renters.But he is NOT a good photographer LOL. here are some progress pictures .Also, I will like to share that we are closing on one more single-family property early next week and we have a duplex under contract._________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________10/12/2024.

While you wouldn't have any protection for the flood damage you incurred (sheetrock, trim, floors, insulation, electrical, contents, etc.), you would have coverage for the wind damage you incurred (roof, gutters, blown out windows, etc.).
