We have to buy deals with fat profits to absorb inefficiencies from contractors (and 3rd party PM).We just had a TV wired and mounted in our primary residence. 

In others, 5+ burner gas is an absolute must. 

It gives me peace of mind if nothing else that people aren't trying to cook on a stove where only 2 of the 4 burners work.
