Let's you prove yourself to your investors in a more manageable way.  

Based off of the podcasts I am listening to and other property management professionals that I network with, that has been the experience of portfolios across the states. 

However, like most property managers, once in awhile they do have investors interested in selling and at that point, they may reach out to their clients about that sale. 

Even if a title company were to manage the setup making sure all parties are paid, the cheap debt and cash flow would not be enough to be enticing to any investor even if midterm rental could yield a healthy return.

I'm a broker and property manager.

I understand I cannot legally require them to respond, unless the notice specifically requires it, like for instance, a notice of entry, but it's making it difficult to manage the property, and I'm not sure how to proceed.

Meet with financial advisers/wealth managers and see what other options other than real estate there are and how to best allocate / diversify. ie have you maxed out your TFSA?

Good to see a fresh face around.. how much research have you done on property management?

., obviously the barrier to entry is different but so is the ARV.
