Scaling a portfolio quickly is an enormous amount of work.

With that, I'm saying that there is an obvious reason why wholesalers provide an enormous value to the industry and it's sad that people that are new to the business and unethical folks are giving us a bad reputation. 

Now, this might be ok for you...but when you can't see your property anymore, that's an ENORMOUS amount of trust to put in someone.
