I prefer not to use these at all. but once in a while you get an odiferous guest, even just a strong perfume or curry they cooked..

Yup, my South Indian tenant was doing that when he was cooking. 

My secret is drinking tons of water, drink tons of caffeine, cook your own food, and get at least 6-7hrs of sleep. 

Then, there's people that don't want to do anything for the homeless, but complain they are defecating everywhere when there's no facilities for them to use restrooms, and for good reason, they use them for doing drugs, having sex, and trash them.

The facility is beautiful but wondering significant downsides like income, vacancy etc..  

My disabled brother now pays for it out of his SSI disability because my parents made his chore to go to the central recycling facility (which is free), and he got sick of it.
