He shouldn't care if you are getting bank financing or paying in full with cash.It's normal to do a final inspection the day of closing to be sure all work orders have been completed and nothing has changed unexpectedly.The seller does not control the buyer's agent commission unless the seller is going to pay that commission.The emd should be held by an escrow company or attorney, not by some "company". 

To add insult to injury, I was charged an additional $1,000 for Flip System providing me this problematic deal.My disappointment continued with the lack of educational value provided by Flip System.

Can I ask what you are using the systems for?

There is a very old door intercom and buzzer system that needs upgrading.

A couple of considerations that differ would be these off the top of my head:Take a look at the septic system.

Lots of LT court and smaller civil complaints but I learned a lot in the process about myself and the system.  

-Are you open to a bonus/penalty system, for the overall occupancy and financial performance of the property?

They didn't request any refund as it was their issue and I can't control wildfires.The other was due to an elderly family member dying suddenly (not at our house) and they had to leave.
