Work on building a network of people who are succeeding in real estate & do whatever it takes to be in their presence on a semi-regular basis.

Most of our portfolio is composed of condos and we are mostly happy with them.

We are increasing our presence near Nas Lemoore because the numbers are only making more and more sense.

I visit Ohio a few times per year, so I would be able to check in on operations from time to time, or even be present for a walk through of potential acquisitions, but generally I am looking for a situation where I can get a good team in place that does not require my presence to be effective.  

What percentage of those funding your deals come to ifunding through your social media presence, and what percentage comes through theirs? 

While I am speculating on your particular situation, I believe you may be seeing a lack of return due to the historical presence of cash buyers in the market seeking tax shelters and growing confidence in the real estate market as a whole; just some food for thought.

Neither of them.. perhaps a good realtor who knows the local area and knows the true value of the house so you can compose your offer accordingly..
