I just found out last night J-Fed even had an e-book thingy.

If you're aligned and have complimentary skills, then you can have success.

Let me buy their e-book or subscribe to their class to make them richer. 

They can be complimentary and server different needs.

Even some ebooks you can find for free or like $2 online.

UPDATE #2: I got a call from AON, the insurance provider we used to provide our investors with complimentary rental default coverage.
