@Villy Ellinger Simple repairs like replacing a ballast in a fluorescent light, replacing a thermocouple or heating element in a hot water tank, replacing the agitator dogs in a washer, replacing the heating element in an electric dryer, replacing the ignitor in a gas dryer, replacing a faulty breaker in a fuse panel, replacing the fill valve/flapper/wax seal in a toilet, replacing a garbage disposer, replacing a capacitor in a CH/A unit, etc.

Re-sale/Re-fi shouldn't (hopefully) be an issue, as everything will be very professionally managed and documented after acquisition, but wondering if this would be a deal breaker for most (not having statements).Thanks again.
