I want my old Raleigh where I could get to Cary in 22 minutes instead of 45, but I want todays prices.

When the teenager's car is broken (again) and he and his buddies are fixing it on the street I come out with my big jack stands, the crawler and some waters. 

If you think paying off a car is the minimum pre requisite for understanding real estate investments we have bigger issues.

Always use a servicer.Personally seller financing a car is just dumb, if someone cannot get financing for a car, then they have awful credit and why would you lend to them? 

My concern comes from past experiences and this poor lady :( Unfortunately I've twice had strange men try to get me, once in my car at night 2 tried to open my doors and get in the car, I ran a red light to get away.
