the DCRs  annual reviewed statements ext.. release clauses I have been dealing with for years so it just is part of what we do.But back in 2003 or so when I had large credit facilities for my HML company  by large I mean 5 mil dollar lines with multiple banks. these were all one year revolvers so the bank could call the loan annually and of course they did not for years up until 08 hit.. they all wanted out of real estate..

I am assuming you do not have a car, this would be much higher with an auto payment and insurance, can be lower obv.Any other outstanding bills - revolving credit line payments, misc, etc. - $200Utilities - $400Total Monthly Spend: $8400Now I didn't plan the math this way but it worked out to be exactly about what a 200k earner would bring home, post tax, each month - which effectively means this theoretical person is living paycheck to paycheck.

On a serious note @Cam Chan, internet banks are A-W-E-S-O-M-E especially if you want to keep your emergency funds in a savings account with an interest that makes sense (still less than inflation but heck more than .01%).
