I get more responses from FB marketplace but the quality of the responses from Zillow rental manager is stronger (judged by who views the property).how many people have responded to the ads listing it for rent?  

The numbers are skewed by added expenses that had nothing to do with the actual deal.  

Also make sure your budget fits the market 2-Analyze deals, make sure you are cash flowing from day 1 (even if you're house hacking) also look for ways to improve the revenue of the units like adding bedrooms if possible3-Start looking for off market deals and FSBO properties, you want to buy under retail.

Just adding, in VT is goes by the town. 

My ads are being optimized daily, so I anticipate more leads next week and going forward.
