That might not seem like much- but automation is growing exponentially, Amazon takes a bigger market share every year, and there are countless other factors.

I, so far, have been really scared to use it, since a good seller could along and be the one who gets your automated message (or silence as some suggest) while you are trying to get off the other line.

The only thing technology has done has permitted long-distance stuff to be done a little easier, and perhaps automated some of the administrative side of things (rent collection, work orders, etc).
