I don't make enough money for that, which is a shame.

Be a shame if you are forced to tear them out after completed or not able to sell or rent the place.You will regret not pulling permits if a neighbour reports you or there is a fire and your in villation of your insurance coverage.

@Jerral Williams You don't have to be ashamed of your lack of money to start Real Estate Investing as this is a very common problem for 95% of new real estate investors. 

Isn't it a shame that a school district would dominate the cost of homes that significantly?   

I am very ashamed of the last one but I needed the money to sign up for baseball.I firmly believe that you don't need a degree to make a fortune.

I didn't even want to bring this up my buyer I was so ashamed how this deal was turning out.

The HOA won't allow weekly rentals or Air BnB style stuff which is a shame because I could rent the **** out of it for the summer and winter (it's near both lakes, and a ski resort).

It is disappointing and a shame to see this particular "guru" harassed and badgered like this on BP, I have seen other "gurus" here who I would (from personal experience) group with Alexis.

It's a shame that many seniors saw there retirements significantly reduced over the last several years.

That's a shame but I'll overcome and adapt!
