I am an airline pilot and a new real estate agent (1 deal so far), currently renting in Orlando FL and I'm not sure what to do next.

The safer investments right now would be RE seeing as RE isn’t as heavily effected by the CoronaVirus as the stock market is right now (Major companies such as Disney closing, or JNJ and other companies with warehouses being closed, along with airlines and hotels taking a hit).

I checked all the direct one-way airlines from my area.

Perhaps I didn't do as good a job as vacuuming up the excess water and caused this issue.

If you have 70% occupancy which is kind of normal range for hotels and airlines who have spent billions on revenue management..that's $1740 gross a month...what are your cost?   

They used other personal items for their work such as my new $200 shark vacuum.

For right now we're focusing on vacuuming up as much knowledge as possible and trying to get a keen sense of the local market.
