If there is visual damaged observed, then you definitely need to have that further looked at as that could be a significant structural issue now, or in the future.

Can this be a visual aid in communicating to your realtor what you are willing to pay for a property or is it not a good idea to tell your realtor what your max budget or bottom line offer is prior to submitting the initial offer to the seller?

This is what I see and feel where the markets are moving to from visually seeing everything the past 3.5 months.

There's also the boards with a lot screws and nails sticking up on the inside of windows as a visual (ouch).
