Happy Friday everyone,Just gauging interest on an informal West LA/Santa Monica meetup of BP members?

I work Monday through Friday 9-5 basically and can make time after I'm off :).

Called on a Friday and asked if I could hold their check until Monday, as that's when they get paid.

Last week it took 3 days to get lean wavers and the title company refused to close on 3 properties since the paperwork was turned in Friday morning the day of closing.

If you happen to run into any 4 units in the valley, please keep me in mind, I can close deals.If you guys have a meet, and it's in the afternoon on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, I'd definitely be interested in dropping by, especially if it's local, like Glendale.

I did a little test on Thursday/Friday.  

@Stacy Weng  As you know we are having a call to discuss everything in detail on Friday but as you have been informed your house has been tenanted for a month now.
