I have some family members who may be interested in participating in the investments. 

Check out the learning tab, participate in some discussions and attend some local reia clubs to network and meet like minded investors.

It is almost midnight and I'm browsing this real estate website answering questions and participating.

I want to keep my rentals so I can have cash flow once the mortgages are completely paid but I would like to have cash flow now since the mortgages are 15 years from being paid off  i normally dont participate in a thread that's ALREADY 3 pages long, but wow. you are just venting, yet doing nothing about it. i mean, let's look at it in a different way. you have gotten people on BP to tell you "wow, holly, you are 32 and you have ALL THIS!!!

When a tenant fills out an application, one of the questions is "Would you participate in AUTOPAY if it were a condition of acceptance?"  

I try to match my strategy to my desired level of participation.
