But its the last Downtown area you can get in on the "ground-floor".Its all speculative really, just a hunch.My Wife and I kick ourselves daily that in 2009 there were townhomes on Woodward next to Comerica selling for 55K as high at 70K and we felt it was crazy, we bought our house in Madison Heights.  

Tyler Kennedy Having Grown up near madison and knowing how I’m pretty sure the tenant/landlord laws fsvor tenants i have a hard time believing you can just have the sheriff remove them.You’ll likely need to evict and make sure you do it properly.

I don't really recall my lease mentioning the usability of electrical outlets like coax cable so I feel like this is a grey area.That all being said, does anyone know of a good electrical person that isn't too expensive in the Madison, WI area that would be able to help out?

@Madison Loftis downtown will be impossible.

Many servicers are operating in states without holding the appropriate licensing and it places them and the seller of a property at risk of regulatory repercussions.I believe Madison services in NY and SN as well...but if you contact them make sure and confirm that they are properly licensed.Good luck with you transaction! 

If you like the area then invest in Green Bay or the Fox Valley, otherwise Milwaukee - the (smaller) capital Madison is a lot more expensive. 

@Rikako W.You want to look for a self directed custodianThere are several out their such as Madison trust, quest trust may do solo 401k and others as wellYour traditional companies like Schwab, fidelity etc will not allow it typically
