I will assume you are talking a condominium with an association that is run by a board of directors.Understanding the financial condition of the association will allow you to predict smooth sailing in the future or a bumpy ride.

Hi I am looking into build my first Condominium in Downtown Houston.

I started in real estate through internships in commercial brokerage and working with some housing tech companies, but now I'm out on my own focusing mainly on small (6-8 unit) condominium development in DC for now.

In new york if you were to find information of a condominium project for a comparable property, you can request an offering plan and that will have most of the information. 

Of those, four were located in a planned unit development or condominium project.

Condominium is a definition of ownership.
