My guess is that the type of hands off 'don't want to deal with it' buyer you are looking for is also unlikely to be able to see past the 'ugly' current state of the house.I could imagine it working if you show them something finished (model home) and not show them the current ugly state.I heard a story from a high end ($50k tables) furniture designer who once made the mistake of showing the client the table in progress with clamps, glue and unfinished surfaces etc.

Turn key companies can sometimes lose money on a deal so imagine how hard it is for someone who has never done this.

If you promised him the lease and he's started the process of moving and you now back out I'd imagine it could be argued you're responsible since you backed out.Think of this reversed, if tenant backed out after comment landlord made. it'd likely be reasonable landlord could be entitled to some costs....

I imagine whoever wrote this either doesn't care to properly answer, or doesn't know they legally can.I see this as a "if mom says no ask dad" situation, however I want to make sure this is a question someone at the hospital can actually answer before I keep digging.

The APIs are not too tough to use, and I would recommend picking a handful where you'd get the highest value and trying to build out a small MVP that could do those for you.AdWords are also a decent outlet for your existing sites, but I imagine you've looked into that already and maybe even have it covered.
