Should I look into full-time work in real estate or use it as little as possible and maximize my time at my current job in healthcare (making around 50K/yr) . 

Also, looking for commercial in LA and invest in NNN health care facility reits. 

I design healthcare infrastructure and specialize in mechanical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and med gas.

The reports that I have read indicate that UT was ready to move forward with a world class institution and build a new campus that would rival globally renowned institutions and help advance the technology, energy and healthcare sectors for generations to come.At best this appears to be a misunderstanding between the University of Houston and the University of Texas System.

For a single family home in a cooperative town this can all be done in a year, for a high rise in downtown the process can take more than 5 years.My best advice is to be very specific in what you need and find an architect that specializes in that occupancy type (retail, office, healthcare, etc.).
