Honestly, I wanted to see how that one went before expanding into managing for others in Sandbridge, and it has gone quite well. 

I agree with Joe, I do think that micron will be felt in the Watertown area as well, maybe not quite to the extent that the greater Syracuse area will but still.

If it will be months or more, you might simply serve them all with the proper notice to 'cure or quit', or 'non-payment' if that is the case, and then go to court.Assuming you get the judgment in court, you might then simply evict them.

There are quite a few in the group who do seller financing themselves and could set you on the right path.

They vary quite a bit. 

I know it sounds sketchy, but I don't know anything about the business and quite frankly if I were to just go at it alone I would more than likely miss some things and find myself in a hole.
