I helped her buy two rentals but she keeps relatives in them.My son took the path of sub trades is a GC does well.. compared to working in a factory in the mid west that's for sure. he is his own boss.I will say if I had it to do all over growing up in Cupertino I should have stuck with some of the tech companies I was thinking of working with and gone into sales with them.. be long long retired by now. with stock options etc.. but who was to know.
