All estimates from builders came in around 900k to build each house. 720k to acquire so I am estimating to be all in for approx 2.6 million....If I sell both for 2 mill, that is nice ROI...Comps in the area show homes selling in the 1.6-1.9 mil range that are not new construction and 1000 sqft smaller.....
