and what a wild ride....Took so long because of the oil tank, fortunately we negotiated the seller's to pay for it, then they didn't want to pay for filling and repaving, but they at least filled it up...

However, the fact of the matter is that you came, you saw and you conquered this wildly project.Yes, it's a lesson to all REIers....new, seasoned, young or old.I am happy to know that you and your family are enjoying the fruits of your labor.Now, you can basically utilize your house as an ATM and withdraw cash to fund your next flip or buy and hold initiative.This is a good story to tell and was worth reading.Good luck with your future endeavors.BTW, it would be great to see those before and after photos if you have them.

I've had all sorts of wild issues, but I've never lost a penny of any money that was abated.Also, if the cracked switch plate wasn't on the original failure list, they can't fail you for it after the fact.

You can see where this could also get out of hand in any community if the wrong group gets elected and combined with some over the top inspectors, they go hog wild with this, you could end up with half the homes in a city being nearly unsellable.
