The way I see it is if anyone sells a program that is on the level and walks the walk or talks the talk if they are on the up and up they will provide a refund and know that it really is not worth the trouble be it a dollar or 10k. whatever the payment may be, and clearly post anything concerning time limits or whatnot if they don't provide that, don't buy it there are plenty of guru's out there that will take your hard-earned money and won't think twice about keeping it or try to.
