So since my thinking is on applying pressure to his parents since they are enabling him to continue fighting getting the city involved to apply pressure on the parents seems like a good idea.http://www.hcdnnj.org has some interesting articles on how to apply pressure on property holders who are holding down values, and causing distress to the city.
