I would suggest getting a dedicated number (Google Voice, etc) just for your tenants.

@Guifre Mora perfect, I’ve been focusing so much on MF and trying to start in that route that i can’t say I’ve dedicated the same amount of time to flipping bc it wasn’t in my initial plan.

They should be rewarded for taking that step and kept as an equal stakeholder with the other partners to ensure their dedication to the business.

it was right out of the TV show Silicon valley.. the owner of the building ( these were Tish buildings My dad rented in those back in the 70s :)) Anyway I digress the owner of the building had one entire floor dedicated to these startups.. in the middles of the floor was a ping pong table tons of Mountain Dew and red bull and about 30 little start ups..

It takes years, years upon years, or hard work, smart work, dedication, vision, fortitude, buckets and bukets of sweat, tears, and doing the tough work one dosn't "want" to do all just to build a company to "ok", to a place where it can really start and take off.

Those of us who carry a full time job still have a lot we can dedicate towards other interests (such as real estate investing), so long as we have the motivation to get through it.

Being an agent would seem like part time work but actually takes alot of time and dedication to sell just one property. 

There are too many people in real estate who live and breath this that you can't beat if you're not dedicating all your time to it.
