Thanks for your response, they sound great, being on BP as an ad I would have to assume they are credible but I keep hearing $900 in cash flow and it just sounds too good to be true.

BTW: don't feel too bad, as many owners do a poor job of screening PMCs before hiring one - except of course, focusing on the lowest price:)COMMENT: If PMCs screened tenants the same way most owners screen PMCs...True!

Unlike Alkaline batteries they maintain full voltage until they die so battery meters can't detect a true % of battery life.

That's why I'd rather focus just on the very few high $$ properties each year, rather than battle it out with the "regulars"on lower priced stuff, I think you're often better off looking at the other methods of finding them, OR maybe putting some effort into it but its no easy game there at all.Lastly, if you want to hear a TRUE story of FAILURE at the auction, here's one that happened to ME!
