I just don't want to tie up cash and time for little return if there another option to get traction quicker.  

For example since you are  an Real Estate Agent in San Diego does any specific type, model, size of ADU keep popping up in conversations with clients, contractors, colleagues, etc. that seems to be getting more traction that others? 

You'll definitely find cabins and campsites on Airbnb, but I found I did not get much traction on Airbnb, and my campsite listing dragged down my other listing.
