I understand the irritation but I would focus your precious time/energy elsewhere.

However, nothing, and I mean nothing will irritate, frustrate, upset, an agent more than working with a personal friend to then realize that the "friend" has bought a property with someone else.

I do have a concern about them coming in and causing damage if I make them more irritated.

I was left with heavily tar-streaked pink kalsomine under it.I had no idea how toxic this room was.

Simple fixes that would have taken no time became stressful and prolonged, because I had to work around an irritated tenant.

He's in his late 60's and isn't the fastest...and sometimes that irritates me that he's $50 an hour but he does good work.I think I know the answer (find somebody new), but I will just feel bad letting this guy go who has been a family friend and who has helped me in the past, and therefore I feel like i owe him these projects even though i feel its costing me in the long run.Just figured Id get suggestions and opinions first :-)

I’m very irritated that the court documents aren’t public record.  

If a tenant is creating a toxic living environment, I want to be able to get them out ASAP. 

Plus they are irritating and it is time consuming to post a 5 Day Pay or Quit on the door most/every month.Funny you should bring this up.
