Use google maps to walk the street and look at the surrounding neighborhood.

I live in Gwinnett County and plan to specialize in Gwinnett and surrounding counties.

Morbid, but much of the total expense can depend on how far the fluids seeped into surrounding areas.

Minutes from bus routes that connects to the train which connects to major parts of the city.Ideal Location - located in a mature neighborhood surrounded by several desirable schools.Near local amenities such as a shopping malls and leisure centers.Home setup is desirable - top level and potential legal basement for dual incomeHome is in rough shape and can add value to it (BRRRR method) which is what I want.Alley and Garage parking.Cons - Located on two main roadsThere is street parking in front of the home (2 lanes of traffic both ways). 

I have a couple contractors in surrounding towns I've been in contact with over the years but I'm still determining weather or not they operate in Kalamazoo.Any and all insight is appreciated. 

In other surrounding counties...not so much.

Cloud, MN/surrounding areas or where a good place to look is aside from Craigslist or the MLS (I'm not finding much there right now).
