We did that, but I brought in a 40-year experienced veteran with over 40,000 units of experience and who has started national multifamily management platforms six times in his career. 

What I've learned is there's no reason you can't make progress on your Real Estate investing career while in college.

If so i'd love to hear about it because the impression I gathered from what you've put out here on BiggerPockets is that you are currently a student who has yet to start his investment career.

I'm actually out of state but may be moving to Atlanta to launch my investing career.

If that is their career or job, their attitude changes drastically.Is this what competitive nature is?
